This photo is called "Freshwater Dolphin, Amazon" and it was taken by Kevin Schafer on September 1, 2009. What really captured my eye in this picture was definately the colors. The bright to dark color scheme really appealed to me. The reflection of the sky on the dolphin's body gives it good composition. This breed of dolphin is extremely rare, so capturing this picture of it in it's natural habitat is a real capture the moment scene. After seeing this picture I could create a photo of my own by using a color scheme similar to it; light to dark or vice versa.
